How do I purchase a box?
Please go to "Subscribe" page and create an account using your email and create your own pass word.
How do I contact Concierge Chocolate with questions about my order?

How do I store my chocolate?
I am tempered, but for chocolate’s sake, please store between 65 to 74 degrees Fahrenheit. Store from heat, direct sunlight and humidity.
Chocolate can be placed in the freezer. Break your bar into individual serving. Wrap each serving and place inside a freezer bag. When you want to enjoy a serving, take out of the freezer and let it adjust to room temperature and Enjoy.
When will I receive my chocolate?
Our chocolate is sent out on Monday and Tuesday of each week. Delivery is included in the subscription pricing. Please check your email for delivery confirmation.
How does the subscription work?
We offer 2 types of chocolate box subscriptions:
- The Mystery Box. You will receive 4 bars of chocolate; four (44 g) bars that we will choose for you. This is sent to you based on the Term you have selected. If you have chosen monthly subscription, you will receive your chocolate box each month until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel anytime. If you've chosen 3-month subscription, you will be charged the 3-month pricing and will receive your chocolate box for three consecutive months. You may cancel anytime.
- The Retail Box. You will receive 4 bars of chocolate: four (44 g) bars of your choice. This is sent to you based on the Term you have selected. If you have chosen monthly subscription, you will receive your chocolate box each month until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel anytime. If you've chosen 3-month subscription, you will be charged the 3-month pricing and receive your chocolate box for three consecutive months. You may cancel anytime.
How can I gift a chocolate subscription box?
Choose your box type, either Mystery Box or Retail Box. Make the necessary selection based on the subscription box you have chosen. Check and select this Is a gift and type your note to the person that you are sending the chocolate gift to.
When you check out, enter the person's address that you would like to have receive the chocolate in the "Shipping address" section. Sit back and relax, we will take care of the rest.
Do you make specialized products such as 100% Cacao bars?

How do you ship to prevent melted chocolate
During the warm and hot months, we place the chocolate bars inside insulated envelops or bags with cold packs.
What are inclusions
Inclusions are colorful and tasty ingredients that enrich an already fine cacao. They are typically added as a layer inside the bar or on the back of the chocolate bar. The crafty creation is endless.
Is it possible to change my bar selections from month to month
Yes it is possible. You would need to send us an email by visiting our Contact Us page from the website. Please inform us at least a week prior to your next billing date; we will gladly change the selections for you.
Can I cancel my subscription
Absolutely! Just log into your Concierge Chocolate account using the email and pass word that you have created.
Go to your account's dashboard; there you would see information about your Orders, Memberships and My subscription.
Under My Subscription ----> Action there is an option to cancel your subscription.
You can Renew your Concierge Chocolate subscription at any time and repeat the process as needed.
Can I make a one time purchase without recurring subscription
Definitely! Just go to the Shop or Featured Product page and select Concierge Chocolate One-Time Purcahse item. Enjoy!
